2002 Yamaha YZ144 jetting

I have a 2002 Yamaha YZ125 that has a Athena 144 kit installed. It has a very bad low end bog on it threw out all the gears and when it's warm or cold. I just did a compression test and got a solid reading at 138 PSI. I'm pretty sure that it is not jetted correctly for my elevation. What jetting should I be running in the bike at 760m (2490 feet) ??? I also run my premix at 40:1 with belray 2 stroke mix.

with fresh piston and ring in it it makes about 150PSI
