What's more important: amp hours or CCA on a battery?

Recommended Posts

need to replace battery on an e-start only KTM 450XCF. It doesn't have head or tail lights, only a radiator fan operated by a manual handlebar switch. I found two Li Po batteries that are both 105 CCAs, but one is a 4 amp/hour and the other is 6 amp/hour. Which should I get and why does it matter? What does the amp hours relate to?

I would go with the higher amp hour. Reason is cycle rate. It won't hurt to have reserve power.
