bar vibration normal?

i have a 1995 cr250 that i bought maybe 2 months ago and i have had multiple things replaced already just making it a safe and reliable bike. i have some crazy bar shake when i rev the bike or even at idle. after about 20 minutes of riding i need to pry my fingers off the bars because they are so tired/cramped. i know its a single large cylinder and you cant do anything to stop the vibration from the engine but is there any way to dampen the vibration sent through to the handle bars? its probably just something i need to get used to but i have to ask because it really effects the duration i can ride the bike. thankyou for any tips, hints, or advice you can share

Rubber mounted bar clamps. Crank might need to be trued.

I'd be checking my crank, rubber bar mounts is a good start but it shouldn't be that bad. Not to shake like that

Check your motor mounts. I had one go loose on me and the vibration was like an earthquake practically

This. Also check for cracks in your frame.
