Kx450f Help

Recommended Posts

Hey guys! I have an 06 kx450f that I just finished putting back together. It was the first 4-stroke top end rebuild I have done, I'm more of a 2-smoke rider. Anyways, I originally decided to do a rebuild at 73 hours because coolant was leaking into the crankcase oil. I read online forums and figured it was my head gasket. So I took it all apart, nothing looked out of the ordinary, but I replaced all gaskets anyways. When I put it back together I coated each gasket with a copper spray. I did that because I was told by a few people it would help. Once everything was back the way it should be, I filled it up with all the fluids. The next morning I come to the garage to start the break-in and notice the the oil has coolant again! Where else could it leak? I didn't notice any warping of the head, but then again I didn't really pay attention to it.

Thanks,

Blake
