No Rim Locks on my 2003 s

I was about to install my new Shinko 244 but 

when I removed the Tire theres no RIM LOCKs

theres this hole with a rubber plug(in the picture)

around 6to 7 inches from the tube valve

Is this Normal for a 2003 No rimlocks!!

Rim locks make tire changes difficult. Just run at least 13 psi and you won't have a problem

Yes normal for the S models.  If you want rim locks, you need to add them.

Sir is that Hole with a Rubber plug for the Rim Locks..so i just remove the plug and put a rimlock!!!

Yes remove plug and install. But, beware this is going to change the balance severely. I added a rimlock after 5 tubes. Tried all different pressures, just kept ripping them.

I just bought some Motion Pro lite loc locks. They appear nice quality and half the weight. Remember to leave the nut on the valve stem loose when your all done to avoid tearing the stem... I've learned this the hard way
