Lectron carb 36mm or 38mm for KX 250

Recommended Posts

Well I said I was done with parts but rode a buddies YZ 250 with a lectron carb.... IMO it's a total need now for what I do. I ride from 5k to 12k, 40 degree temp swing from morning to day, and want a more consistent bike with out messing with it.

My question is should I do a 36mm or a 38mm? Anyone have experience with either on a KX?

Thanks

It's already got a 38 on it from the factory right? I would go with that personally.

What year bike?

Defiantly gonna need a ride report too!

Well I was hoping someone has had experiences with the lectron on a KX. Well it looks like I will have to be the Guinea pig and give it a try. Will report back when I get it

did you get the lectron car? How did it work out

I have a 38mm for my bike. The cylinder has been bored to 300 and still in pieces so I can't give any feed back. I would say for MX or racing go the 38mm, if your riding woods go the 36mm.

I would let Lectron make the recommendation on which one to get.
