Which pipe for TTR 110? FMF or GYTR?

Recommended Posts

I bought a TTR 110 used and it has FMF 044272 non-spark arrestor pipe on it.  I need it to have a spark arrestor.  It needs to pass the 96dB test too.  Which pipe should I get?

The original owner welded bungs on the pipe to accept the stock heat shield and I really like that.  I am looking at the FMF 044273 and the GYTR pipe for it 5B6-E46D0-V0-00.

Does anyone know if there are any differences between the FMF and GYTR pipes?  The pic of the GYTR shows bungs that might accept the stock heat sheild but I can't find anyone that can tell me if the bungs really exist or not.  I am leaning towards the FMF since I'll bet it is exactly the same pipe and I can get it for $20 cheaper.  I'll just have to weld bungs to it for the heat shield.  I like the extra protection it gives for my kids and it looks good on the bike since it has all black plastics.

Thanks.
