Rekluse exp core slippage adjustment

I recently installed the 3.0 rekluse on my 06 ktm 300. The engagement is perfect, the manual clutch works perfectly with the correct amount of free play gain. My issue is the clutch slips past the best part of the 300 engine which is the low end grunt. Will changing the small different color springs help with this issue? I simply want it to "lock up" sooner rather than slipping into the mid range of the engine.
