efi rmz450 sputtering/missing mid power/out of corners

Ok guys I'm stumped. As the title says, mid power and out of the corners the bike hesitates and sputters for just a second then takes off like normal. Runs perfect on the high end and low end. Bike is stock except for a jardine exhaust system, 20 hours on a full engine rebuild. Any ideas?!

Remap, remap, remap... remap!!! 

 

Mine did the exact same thing right off the showroom floor. After a remap it is smooth as butter all the way through the RPM range. You can really hear mine missing in the vid below from 0:25-0:30 and 1:55-2:00. Is this what yours is doing?
