I have this on my other forum, but decided to just post this since i just found it. Clutch plates seem good, but this metal piece inside is bent? how did this happen. and whats its purpose. also i took my clutch apart because it doesn't fully disengage, so when i put it into first it spins the back tire a bit and then if i go walking speed and pull the clutch fully in, the bike continues to move even though the clutch is pulled in all the way. i back bled the clutch so there's no air bubbles and its topped up also fully extended the lever is.Whats up with this machine..

that piece under the nut should be bent up or down and not left out like that. Have you also removed the plates from the basket to check for grooves on the fingers? That will make a clutch not disengage and drag like you describe. If not that then warped plates or the clutch system still has air in it.
