Air fuel mixture screw

Recommended Posts

Well I was just wondering if that is normal, I have a 2009 yamaha yz250f and I've been having a problem with it not wanting to start when it's warm, I don't want to run a chance of it being lean and have my engine have a meltdown

Ever since the air fuel screw is only out a quarter turn, it starts fine

First off, it's a FUEL SCREW

Secondly, you use it to set idle speed

If it goes to high, you lower the idle screw

If it goes to low, or is under one turn, you pilot is clogging or is too small
