Well if you are sure its a power problem and not a set up problem, check to see if you have a drop in fuel pressure as you whack the throttle. If so, you could have a plugged swirl filter, pump screen or injector screen.

Yeah I can't figure it out dude. I tore down the other that is running good. Swapped fuel tank and fuel filters. Changed my injector and still does the same thing.

I switched the pumps and it did the same thing. I switched out the TPS. It took a little while for it to turn on but I got it to turn by moving it. But it did the same thing. I push the clutch in and give it some gas then I pop the clutch and the bike won't even pop a wheelie. Shit

Sounds like a fuel pressure problem... Maybe not getting enough fuel or getting to much fuel
