Got stuck upside down today

Recommended Posts

Went to the desert today and was heading up a relatively steep narrow hill climb, I was heavy on the throttle through the sand towards the bottom and immediately lifted the front end up when I got traction. I let off and thought I had enough momentum to make it to the top but missed it by literally a foot.

As I went to swing the bike around to go back down my buddy came flying up behind me and had no where to go except into me. We both ended up sliding down the hill with our bikes, my bike slid on it's right side and got wedged horizontally upside down for a few minutes until I was able to get it down. It fired back up no problem and I rode for the rest of the day, however, it doesn't seem to want to idle now.

Any ideas? Anything I should check out or do since the bike was sitting upside down?

See what your airbox/filter looks like.

Floats can also stick after being upside down but it's kinda weird you didn't have any other problems if that's the case.

I'm interested to see what you find.
