CRF 450 2011 suspension settings

Hey, I am looking for some suspension settings for my bike...I have used it as a Supermoto from new, but now I'm putting it back to dirt settings. I never took note of what they were when I got it so I'm stuck for direction!

Has anyone got their settings handy so I can get it in the ball park? Need front and rear clicker settings, sag settings and also what weight/quantity of oil for front forks etc.

I'm 5' 8" and 77kg if that helps!

stock is like 10c 10r on the forks

360cc around stock. 5w for the outers 3w for the inners

102mm sag for the rear
