New rear tire. Take the bike apart and grease it. 

 

Check compression, if its low, new top end.

 

After this get her some new plastics, whack on some graphics and you'll have a nice looking and running machine.

+1 and plasti dip looks way worse most of the time!  Just spend 100 bucks on plastics and a graphics kit and she will look new!

You can get a full set of plastics including all number plates, both fenders, and radiator shrouds for $99 from RMATV. They also have a pretty nice looking set of Enduro Engineering graphics for $30. You could put all that on in less time than it takes to paint or plasti dip and reinstall the old shit pieces. Will make a nice looking bike for $130, beats the hell out of painted plastics if you ask me.
