Eric at NorCal KTM in Elk Grove. Did my KTM 450 for me. I'm happy with the results. He mostly uses off the shelf parts. Could have ordered the same parts myself but I let him do it.

For a pro level build try SuperPlush in San Francisco. They did my 950 and will be doing my 690 soon. Just ship them the forks and shock. You will have it back in a week.

Not near Sac, but Race Tech did my bike and made a huge improvement. I'm about an hour south of you, and it took me 6 hours to get to Race Tech. Trip sucked, but it was totally worth it. Once there only took a couple hours. I napped in my truck then drove home. Or you can just ship forks to them.

Dicks Racing in Roseville

Yup I heard he up and moved to Utah leaving a lot of unhappy customers in the process.  Do a google search and you will see seriously bad reviews.  Rumor on the street is he bailed for a fresh start?  (did a google search not able to find the posts I am referencing so take for grain of salt and proceed with caution)
