JE 13.5/1 (made for/used by PR/2). Strong torque as soon as the engine hits the powerband. Better combustion pattern on the piston crown. I use 100 octane fuel (some say you can get away with premium pump gas, but I wouldn't use the 15% ethanol laced 91 octane crap we get here in Colorado.) Other than that, same as stock.

No CP, PC was made by JE but I think Cosworth makes them. I've used JE and worked fine. Now I use Cosworth and will never look back. Best quality I've seen

You can but you won't benefit from it or you might knock especially if it gets hot out
