Stanky Mo Fo!

Recommended Posts

I recently slapped a Tusk Dual Sport kit on my Wr 426.

I have some buddie pegs welded on for the lady but the exhaust smell is not to her liking.

Any ideas on a type of spoiler type devise to prevent or decrease the exhaust smell from coming back into her air space.

She loves to go on scoots but smells when we are done.

Holy crap has TT changed since I've been on... been a lot of years!

Thanks.....

I don't know if such a solution exists.

Endcap with a turndown? Fab up a turndown and bolt it to the end of the silencer?

That is some funny stuff right there.  You could stick a tube out the exhaust I suppose to get it past the backdraft, or whatever the appropriate word is.  I bet if you were to test the thing in a wind tunnel with her on it, that exhaust is getting scooped up and brought right back to her.  Extend it and maybe you can get it outside the envelope.  Maybe a down and out kind of thing would work?  You could use conduit from Home Depot and a pipe bender.  That's what I would do.  First stop for mods is always Home Depot

The easiest fix would be to leave her at home imo. I wouldn't imagine a dirt bike would be very fun to ride with a passenger on board  anyhow.

This is great!! I've yet to smell my own exhaust while riding and I'd actually love it if someone behind me got a nose full.

I cant believe I'm the first to offer the most obvious, best advice:

Get her her own bike.

Duh, how awesome that would be?!

What if she can't ride a bike. Your advice is "the most obvious, best" then... Is it?

Lol
