Help! Kickstarter removal

Can someone tell me how to remove this kickstarter.. It's on a 94' rm250... There's no Allen bolt on the shaft and I have no idea

Do you have the bolt the one with the built in flange?

 

If so try to swing the kick stater out.  It may let you still torn the bolt out, pulling/pushing the lever off the spline shaft.  I think that design lets you do that.

And I think I am missing the exhaust pipe to crank case flange... Have seen any around on sites.... Can this be made/ mocked up from another year??
