Stuck bolt

I got new plastics that I'm trying to change on my 03 rm 125. The top bolt on the radiator shroud has brass nut so now they are stuck and I can't get the bolt out.

I was at Walmart the other day and they had a as seen on TV tool the got out stuck bolts it ruins the bolt tho. Worth a try

If vise grips won't work you are stuck with drilling/ extracting.

make sure you're threading it the right way first

 

get some pb blaster spray it down and let it soak over night then give it a try if it's still stuck torch it

1 pb blaster it

2 heat it 3 try and snap the head off and then punch the center of the bolt to make a pit to drill it straight... Either cut new threads in the hole or put a nut on the backside with a new bolt going the ought the hole you just drilled out
