shinko 2.75-17

anyone run this size on a stock 17" sm wheel? should I go for the 3.00-17? the 705 front tire that I have on now makes my bike look like a fat cat or a TW.....anyhow, if you are running the 2.75 244 please let me know how it fits....I am thinking of doing the 5.10 rear and 2.75 front....thanks.

this is on rocky mountian atv

REAR:         Metric   Alpha   Inches 110/90   MP85   4.00/4.75 120/90   MR90   4.50/4.75 130/80       5.00/5.10 130/90   MT90   5.00/5.10 140/80       5.50/6.00 140/90   MU90   5.50/6.00 150/80   MV85   6.00/6.25 150/90   MV85

6.00/6.25

The 5.10 rear is only equivlant to a 130 rear tire? I want wider than that...I am running a 150 705 right now, does anyone know if they offer the 244 in a 6.00-17?

Thanks

the only 244 that will fit on a front 17 is the 4.60-17,  which is pretty much HUGE and a rear tire on the front,  i did not like it at all.

damn it...

whats up ron, long time no ..errr...type....

so even the 3.00 wont fit? Im really sick of having a huge front tire.

M8,  the 2-75/3-00/and 3-25 are for the 21 front tire,  i had the 2-75 and its very thin,  almost like a mountain bike tire.

pic,  cause it freaking happened!!

This is when i barely put the shinkos on,  you can see how thin the front is,   i prefer thin in the front and normal/wide in the rear,  that is one of the main reasons why i did not really like off roading with a big heavy, wide, short, shinko 4.60-17 in the front.

ahhh....shinkos website shows a 2.75-17....but Im pretty sure that wont work on the SM 17" wheel....looks like im going back to street tires....damn it

id like to see that,  since the tire will be thinner then the rim.
