2009 XCW CARB HELP

I bought a 2009 450 xcw, the bike had 12 hrs and it sat for long periods, I now because my brother had it, I clean the carb and it idles low(normal), but as soon as I rev it up it does not come back to idle until I put some load on the engine with the clutch or I shut it down and restart, Does anybody have any input on this? when im riding it idles high until I stop and put load on the bike.
