2014 KX250F ECU

Recommended Posts

I recently bought a new 2014 KX250F.

Can someone explain to me the differences between the 3 ECU provided with the bike ?

Thanks

Jolyane

Are you talking about the three connectors that come with the bike? If you are, then the black is the soft for hard packed surfaces, the green is the standard and the white is the aggressive for soft surfaces. Make sure you keep one of the connectors plugged in at all times to prevent dirt and other contaminants from entering the harness.

expanding on that although he's right on the money. Green is an all around setting, kinda plug in for all conditions. Black retards the ignition and riches fueling so it suppose to not hit so hard 0-1/3 throttle. White is aggressive mapping, advanced ignition and leans out fueling.
