CR250 WAY TO HOT

1996 cr250 running extremely hot, way hotter then any of my previous race 2 strokes.

Took off the radiators and hoses and they are all clear. Also checked the water pump and its working fine.

Even with new coolant the cylinder, pipe, and bottom end will burn your finger if you touch it, and it is boiling off/losing coolant every ride.

I thought jetting could be the culprit but the plug looks near perfect (doesn't look lean at all)

Im so confused!! any ideas??

Sounds fine to me.... All motors will burn off excess coolant.

Its hard to explain just how hot its getting, I know a lot about about bikes and its getting way to hot

Is your pump moving coolant?

Your pump is not working
