Looking to change tires on my 140L after the flattrack season's over. I have a set of 5 year old Trail wing 39/40s on the bike now, and I really like them. The rear is bliss, and you can cut the tire with a knobby knife just like a genuine flattrack tire. The front leaves something to be desired, though. It tracks good, but is a little unstable entering corners with the bike almost dragging the bars, as it can wash out. Maybe I could cut it as well, but does anybody know of a soft, grippy front for hard to intermediate terrain? I don't want to spend 1500 on 17" super motard wheels when I've been placing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th all season on the stock rims.
