Need Transmission Help In Edmonton

Recommended Posts

I am assembling the transmission on my 2009 KTM 250 xcw. Everytime I align the driving pins into the shift roller and put both halves together, the bike still will not shift up or down. I disassembled the bike in the first place because the shifter would not move downwards.

If someone in Edmonton could come help me out I will pay well.

I would like to get this piece of junk together and working by Friday.

Thanks

I have done a few rounds with this kind of thing on ktm.

I suspect the problem is in your shift ratchet on the right side of the motor i'll pm you my number you could call any time.

ya looks like I did when I look back a few posts,  squid racer has been in to the transmission on his old 200 at least a couple of times so I guess he would be a transmission guy  rather than a tranny? sorrey squid.
