Wiseco Sizing

Hi guys, I have this Wiseco piston for my 03CR125

http://www.wiseco.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ItemID=676M05400

What I didnt noticed when ordering it, is the fact that it comes in STD for Standard Bore cylinders and not in 53.95, 53.96, 53.97 (A,B.C,D) sizing life other brands do. I ampretty confused now, Help! Thanks

By the way, I havent measured my cylinder but in any case, to which extend is STD usable?

Two sized cylinders for our CR125s, A and B. B is smaller bore by very small amount. It it lightly stamped on base of the cylinder, intake side I think.

A 53.976 - 53.983 (2.1250 - 2.1253) Service Limit 54.013 (2.1265)

B 53.968 - 53.976 (2.1247 - 2.1250) Service Limit 54.006 (2.1262)

Out of Round, Taper or Warpage - 0.05 (.002)

I have just found out by measuring my piston that my bike runs a 55mm overbored piston lol!

I was so lost when I my 54mm wiseco had some play while inserting it!

since the 56 mm is the 134cc, what is a 55 overbored to?

I bought the bike as a 125. The previous owner didnt know what he had...

Well, I calculated that its 129CC. Forgetthe post, will have to order a 55mm piston then

By the way, I havent measured my cylinder but in any case, to which extend is STD usable?

id buy a cheap caliber and measure it, because i just rebuilt and bought a stock kit and needed a 2.1mm over piston  :banghead:
