Rekluse. Core or not? 500xcw

Recommended Posts

Is the increased cost of the Core worth it in actual function or longevity/potential problems? I've had Rekluse on the 520, so I'm not looking for advice on it vs stock, manual clutch. Is the Core actually needed? $300 difference is pretty stout.

I would go a core with the 500, you will need all the clutch plates you can get

I put on the EXP 3.0 on my 500 EXC then decided to upgrade to the Core 3.0, I think its worth the extra money and almost a requirement. The 500 has too much torque for the EXP since you lose some plates. In the long run your frictions should last longer with the Core.
