Chain

Recommended Posts

Not positive, but I'd guess no. 13/50 might be the limit. And anything over a 47 or 48 will require you to move the chain guide forward or down a little. I'm at 13/48 and I am on the short side of the adjuster cam. YMMV

I just checked my bike. I was off a little. My adjuster is at 27, so there is quite a bit of adjustment left. I am pretty sure I ordered a stock-length chain last time. But the guide is a little too close for comfort. That will need to be addressed with a giant rear sprocket.

Just so you know, you are going to have a rediculously low top speed with that combo. Probably in the 40-45mph range.

Yeah I figured the top would be low but I don't really go over 30. I was just wondering because I came into a 52 rear and was just curious. Thx I appreciate it bro.
