Recommended Posts

my problem is when i pin the throttle as fast as i can it bogs and dies..

if i do it smooth and fast it revs up great! but like i said pin it and it dies...

i have messed with everything and it wont go away

it looks like it has a stock exhaust with a lexx xc screen type usfs 12-007c  tip

42 pilot jet

3rd from the bottom dyno jet needle

46 main

2 1/2 out on mixture screw

looks like an aftermarket air filter but im not sure  its green haha

right now it runs the best like i have it , do they all do this or am i doing something way wrong??

iv tryd every clip position possible with the dyno jet needle and a NFP R needle

Jetting is way off, but regardless, it is normal to get some bogging if you WOT very quickly.

The issue is Accelerator pump tuning, not jetting.

Needle has nothing to do with it

You should be running

45 p

165 m

NFPR on 3rd

50 leak jet

*new* accelerator pump diaphragm will help emmensly.,

If you want more detail read and do this:

You make no mention of the fuel screw....which is what you adjust BEFORE changing pilot sizes, specifically to determine the size you need.
