Ride what you have, street tracker, flat tracker, Sumo, dual sport, enduro, adventure touring, what ever. Just know there will be dirt and asphalt on this ride.

 

Date: Sun., Aug. 10th!

Location: Bobby & Steve's Auto World (MOBIL) 1221 Washington Ave S

Stands up: 11AM KSU (if you are running late post up, we leave no tard behind)

Approx. Ride Length: 3 HRS

Difficulty: 6/10

 

The Plan: Twisties, industrial parks, off road trails, city braaps, back of a squad car, etc... 

 

I plan to address the hooning before the ride, just remember there will be a time and place. Group rides like this tend to garner a lot of attention  8)

ATTENTION:

 

Due to a short notice USAIR supermoto trackday on Saturday I have to change the ride to Sunday the 10th!

 

If you are interested in going to USAIR Saturday Aug. 9th they open at 9AM and it is $45 to ride all day. For those of you who have not heard about USAIR in Shawano WI, it is the premier supermoto track in the country.

 

I am heading down Friday night, don't think we have extra room for carpooling, but I can double check if anyone wants to split gas.

I'm kind of curious how many people go to this event.  It looks like a blast?  Do they have organized races, or is it more of an open track day?

Weekends are usually open track days. 9am till sundown.

 

Don't know much about the racing, but I hear NWGP is dying down a lot. I was told you could have a grid of 30 bikes in the 450 class at one point.
