09 250xc clutch cable HELP ME! before i burn this thing!

Hey yall Thanks for looking to help me IM GOING INSANE

 

I broke my olf clutch cable n got a new one

I installed it and now I cannot get it to work

I've watched all the how to bleed videos & nothing is working

Im using the 5.1 oil

I've bleed it from top & bleed ut up from the bottom!

but still wont work

please help a brotha outttt!

or my next post will be a for sale add!!

 

once again thanks for the helping hand!

 

OH &&&&&& does anyone know a better way of getting the valve of a tube into its hole??

im really starting to regret buying orange shoulda stayed red

 

just kiidding i <3 ktm

does the clutch fluid disappear from the master cylinder?  if so you could have a oring bad on the piston of the slave cylinder, I fought that on my bike a couple times, it leaks into the transmission so nothing leaks to the outside, also I found it helpful back bleeding to have someone help you, i'd have my wife watch the master cylinder till no more bubbles it usually would over flow then i'd have her tighten the bleeder valve when I still had pressure goin to it,

When replacing with a new line, I've had better luck bleeding at the banjo bolts to get the line full of fluid. Had to do this on my KTM and my Harley. Just make sure to tighten the bolt before letting the lever out. Good luck.
