Front Fork leak cause by a small dent

Hello, is there any way to fix an small dent in the lower tube of the fork that is causing a leak every time the suspension goes down to that point?

There was a thread on this recently and it was a fix using glue in the dent and sanding

...depending on how deep the nick is, you can use a fine flat-file and horizontally smooth it out.

Never tried the glue/epoxy trick, but sure might work for awhile, or perhaps even Bondo instead, a happy medium between those two.

Go on eBay.. Find a set of forks.. Once you ding your tube there's not much you can do. Save you time and frustration and fix it . time + fluid+ whatever you fill the dent with = oily boot.
