You do hydrographics Deb? wow, didn't know that. Damn.....when I had my metal tank I wanted it dipped in Carbon Fiber hydrographics.....I thought that would have looked bad a$$.

You're going to have to post up some pics of other stuff you've dipped........... :smirk:    I've seen some pretty cool metal films, diamond plate, brushed stainless, and anodized colors, etc. A diamond plate gas tank with white shrouds with those silver carbon fiber rims would look pretty sweet girl............. :applause:

Going to dip a old DRZ tank I have had hanging in the garage here soon ;)

The wood grained wheel looks awesome! What about the hubs?

Should have the hubs done tomorrow. Going to do one with Water Droplets and the other in the American flag style. Then finish the back up swingarm. I might have to buy a friends KTM450SMR for a show piece cause no way I will park mine LMAO.

Wow, much cooler thread than I thought it was going to be.

Thought it was going to be one of those "how many times in a day can I rub one off" threads.  That's what I do when I'm bored and can't go ride

Sorry Jim, but I don't think so. I'm sure it could be done with enough coats of epoxy paint, but the cost would be thru the roof.

Thanks Jim :D

We don't know how it will last on a plastic tank due to the fuel vapors seeping. I am going to buy another tank for either my KTM or YZF and try it to see how it works and what we will need to do ;)
