Sorry I havent been on frequently, work has really picked up lately. Tomorrow I should make more progress on the frame! Anyone want a 426 motor with carb and header for cheap? Im talking $200ish cheap. It needs a new head gasket though, but thats a 30min job!

Another question about this: what radiator should I use? I have considered a yzf450 quad radiator since their dimensions are about 12" long by 6" tall. Any suggestions for a small radiator? With the filler neck on the "long side".

Today I finally got to sit down and start playing with a design for the swingarm extensions. This is just a very primitive design right now. I should be making more progress by the end of the week!

Update: I redrew the swingarm extensions and tweaked a few things to make them fit. Ill be printing them out on the 3D printer. *if you dont know what that is, look it up, theyre pretty damn cool*. Ill then fit them to the swingarm before I mill them out to see if anything has to be changed. Ill post pics ASAP! Frame fabrication coming next week!

Heres the end product of the 3D print started friday! The part below the screen is actually 6 inches long, which is a shortened version of the actual part, which is 15 inches!

Today I finally got around to cutting the frame open. No going back now! This week ill be experimenting with different motor mount options. *i cant decide what to model the bike after. Im stuck between a kx450f and a crf450!* any suggestions would be great!

Yup! Come out October 4th for the last climb of the season at Carnegie. Ill be on my extended kx250!
