2007 wr450 low rev bog

Recommended Posts

Before i put new full exhaust and new jets in my bike it seemed to stutter in the low rpm range. Now that i put

Full fmf exhaust and upgraded jets from 162 main to 168 and 45 pilot to 47 it doesnt stutter any more. But a new problem i have

Found is it will die if i crack throttle in very low rpm and at idle. After it dies its hard to get started again, sometimes requires

Pulling the hot start even when bike is still cold. Im wondering if i may need to put main jet at 165 or if my fuel mixture screw

Is not set right even though i have never touched it before.

If you have any ideas please let me know,

Thanks in advanced

Put the stock slow (pilot jet) back in. BTW, there is no such thing as a #47 pilot. Fine adjust the fuel screw. You probably should put the stock main in as it should be plenty big enough.
