Pivoting AND telescoping handlebar risers?

concerned about weight and the friction between the surfaces that allow the rise, I assume they've built them with that in mind but wonder if constant torquing is required or just the usual locktite and heavy torque will do.

I think if one is going to run something like that, might be a good idea to upgrade the stock saddle bolts with a higher grade bolt. The higher you go with your riser, the more leverage is put on the stock hardware.
