2006 crf250r carb problems

Recommended Posts

Ok so I just had my engine built completely with hot-rods crankshaft, hot-cams stage 2 cam, complete kibble white valve kit (springs, valves, retainers, etc) head worked, boyesen supercooler water pump, and also just got my carb back from Tokyo mods and sent them ALL the specs on the engine, my altitude, type fuel and even air filter I'm running.

My problem I'm having is I start the bike and at idle it's fine but as soon as I touch the throttle it starts backfiring and has NO POWER. I pulled the plug and of course it's shot but I can't keep replacing $22 plugs just to straighten this out. Please no smart Ellic comments or heated debates just need a lil help. Thanks

Yep. The above or your pilot jet or the pilot fuel circuit is plugged.
