oil leak ktm 250 sx 03

Recommended Posts

It's easy. That metal sleeve thing has an o-rings at the end of it. Just pull it out and toss it. You'll then have room to get a flat blade screwdriver in there and pry out the old seal. Tap in the new seal carefully, grease the lip and slide in the new sleeve with the o-rings stuck on good with thick grease. Put the sprocket on and all done.

All Balls or Pivot Works has everything in a kit.

Yup as above, just did mine today, takes all of 15 minutes. I did the all balls kit, it comes with optional thicker I ring which helps, a new spacer outer seal and a thicker circlip, no more leaks!
