Congratulations on your first ride!

You'll take a lot of bashing from non-KTM owners, but the important thing is that you're riding.  Take it all in stride.

I do have a friend who has a couple of KTMs and he's told me that the factory torque specs must be strictly adhered to, particularly at the triple clamps, because the fork tubes are so thin-walled.  I don't personally know, just telling you what I've been told by a KTM owner.

Make sure you bunch a bunch of extra power bands and muffler bearings, you'll wear them out quick.
