2001 rm 125 jetting

Recommended Posts

i have a 2001 125 with a bills pipe on it and it had 460 main and a 27.5 pilot and seems to be way to rich. it has a dead spot between bottom end and just getting ready to start coming into the pipe and you wil hit a sputtering hesitating area before you can get it to take the top end and rev out. so i have been all the way from a 460 main and now i am down to a 390 main and it still has some spooge coming out of the silencer and still has that sputtering hesitation before it will come into the pipe. the bike starts like the first or second kick cold with the choke. anyone have any idea where i should try and shoot for. 460 main seems huge to me for a 125 but that is what suzuki says it should be. i mix my fuel 94 octane 32 to 1 with klotz techniplate oil. any suggestions would be great thanks mark
