TCR hub issue

Recommended Posts

Hey guys. I just bought new wheel sets for my bike. Front wheel went on great. Rear wheel seemed right until I tried to swap my rotor over from the oem wheel to the new one. The tabs that center the rear rotor are off, it looks like the bolt holes line up, but the rotor will not slide over the tabs to sit flush against the hub. Anyone experience this? Pretty disappointed with this after spending $850 on "quality" parts. Ill leave the company disclosed for now as I sent them an email and waiting on a reply.

rotor could be bent/warpped. thats what happened to mine, i had to file down the rotor

I don't think so. It still fit on my old wheel/hub set up no problem. Its off by probably 1/4-1/2". But thanks for the suggestion

So the tabs are too big on the wheel?

The wheels might be for a newer or older model of your bike, which is why it fits in some places, but doesn't in others.

I have a 2011 rmz 450. Im thinking it may be for a completely different bike as all the wheels/hubs were the same from 05-15
