Ignition curve switch for 2015 KTM450EXC

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys

Can you please help me with a question I have.

The Ignition curve switch from a gas-gas or a beta is suitable for the KTM450EXC 2015?

The price for one of the two other companies is 10 times cheaper than KTM's.

I think this apply to all EXC's

i get it, i was suprised someone merely wanted  a map switch on an already very tame power-band.  *shrug*

In wet-slippery conditions is not bad to have another option in power-band.

Didn't think this was a stupid question.  I thought the 3 pos switch gave you wilder, Stock and mild setting for ignition maps or is it just stock mild and weak?

was not suggesting it a stupid question, was mostly joking; having said that, the exc tranny along with the 500 motor gets more traction when geared for terrain than any other bike i can think of;  which is what surprised me if he was looking for a switch for a 500, it's a pretty mellow curve down low. the 450 is obviously a different story, which is what the OP was inquiring about.   sorry for derailing the thread.
