full turn or half turn on fuel mixture screw

hi folks,how do i tell if i made a full turn or half turn on the mixture screw? i see it have a slot on the top of the screw so if i mark the end of a slot and turn it in a full circle until the marked side is back to where i started the turn ,is that considered a full turn? please help

360 degrees of rotation is a full turn. It only matters if you are experimenting to see how far it is open (from fully, gently closed). When adjusting, you set it for an optimum idle. Never just arbitrarily because 'some one said to...'

thanks but that didn't answer my question. the screw has a slot in the top so if i mark the end of 1 slot and turn the screw til i reach the point from where i started is tha a full turn ?
