Shoulder rehab and strengthing - rotator cuff and ac seperation

I have a partial tear in my rotator cuff on my left shoulder and a type 3 AC seperation in my right. Choosing not to get surgery.

Been researching what exercises to do to get myself back in shape. Lots of different opinions, let's hear yours.

How old are you? do you mind me asking why your not getting surgery? A torn rotator cuff does not repair itself. I was in the same boat and went with surgury and shoulder is 100% now.

Just turned 30, the cuff is self diagnosed, I think it's only partial..

Most people I've talked to have not had surgery for type 3 seperation.

I would recommend you at least see a physical therapist. I've dealt with shoulder issues before and there are simple tests that can be done to see where your at. Yes you don't want to do surgery, but your at an age you can easily recover if needed. Do it right.
