Front tire rotor rubs on disc brake please help!

Hi, I took off my front tire due to a flat. And when I put it back on it rubs and when it's on a stand, it'll seem only make 3 or two rotations then it stops, it's rubbing, and when It was on before I took it off the change the tube. It wasn't. My tire is a little bit bent and after on tire rotation, I hear a click noise and I see that the right brake pad ( if I'm sitting on the bike) grips the rotor and follows the rotating tire then falls down back into place. I'm sorry its hard to explain. How can I fix this? Please help! Any input would be awesome

Sounds like the pad tang has come loose from the slot.

 

Make sure that the tang is in the slot properly, if this isn't it i might need a picture, I'm having a hard time visualising your problem.
