Yamaha yz450f bar clamps replacements

I have an 08 yz450f that ibcrashed recently and bent my stock bar clamps. So as anybody would do I bought new ones to replace them. I ended up purchasing some of the pro taper big bar clamps (Just the clamps). They have extremely long d-bolts that also don't fit through the holes on my triple clamps. Any suggestions? I spent $40 on them and don't want to have to go back and get another set of stock ones.

Just to update in case anybody is interested.. I bought a 12mm 1.75 die and adding something threads to the d-bolts then cutting them to size. The problem was that Yamaha was the only bike those bar clamps weren't compatible with. I ended up making them work and I'm happy with them, but unless your alright with doing some irreversible modifications to your bike I would find different clamps..
