PDS Experiences, The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly?

Any of you boys had bad experiences with brake jack on your PDS bikes? I'm taking this term from mountain biking. Its a phenomenon whereby the rear swingarm jacks upwards upon heavy braking, especially on steep technical terrain downhill. This causes lose of traction and decreased suspension compression as the rear shock becomes static in its most extended position. This is typical of single pivot designs such as the PDS style on the XCF-W.
