xr200r A vs AC

I am working on a 2002 xr200r. I have removed the camshaft and there are teeth marks on it from pliers. While shopping for a replacement I have noticed that some websites have xr200r AC models and xr200r A models. Does anyone know what the differences are or if there are any differences? An example is in the link below.

Thanks in advance.

California I believe????

California I believe????

That was my guess, but what is the performance difference, or is there one?

If the part numbers are different for an  item in the A part fiche compared to the AC part fiche then they are different in function.  And a cam is a possible because of CA emission BS.

The 8th digit of the chassis VIN is 1 for CA, and 0 for others.
