Cyclops ac/dc rectifier diagram?

Recommended Posts

Before I bought their rectifier I was looking through diagrams of how to wire it up. I found one at this page: https://thumpertalk.com/topic/1085752-led-headlight-at-night-now-with-pictures/   But there's another one I was looking for. It had like a ground or something connecting (bridging) the two lights, or something like that, and the guy was asking if his diagram was correct. I thought I bookmarked it, but can't find it now. Any ideas? Or do you guys know of any other usable diagrams for the Cyclops rectifier? They don't send any papers or diagrams with the rectifier, which I thought kinda sucked.

This is what I bought: http://www.cyclopsadventuresports.com/Rectifier-for-LED-Light-Module_p_85.html

Actually another diagram would be helpful. The Cyclops unit is not labled as to which side is a/c, and which side is d/c, and as I mentioned it didn't come with any directions.

The rectifier is used to power our lights. Its plug and play for those products.no instructions required.

We don't  comment on if it will or will not work for other applications.

Works great for the X. As for the wiring, I used a diagram someone else had made, but here the diagram is changed to my particular setup. The original drawing had a switch, mine doesn't.

The original diagram was found here: https://thumpertalk.com/topic/1085752-led-headlight-at-night-now-with-pictures/

I'll try to remember to grab a night shot, but our house is right under a street lamp. It is brighter than stock for sure, but not nearly as bright as many other setups out there. All I was going for was brighter, and reliable. I got both with this.

I'm currently determining whether or not I should build my own inline rectifier or purchase a cyclops like yours in order to run an LED cube light on my CRF450X

Now I am just wondering if your (yellowdatsun) CRF is running a stock stator?

And also thanks a lot for posting about cyclops product and how you used it, very helpful information!
